Running since the 1980s, Berserk is still one of the biggest and most iconic manga of all time. Now, publisher Dark Horse is celebrating its fandom and long legacy with the most stylish yet violent bookends.

Via Crunchyroll, and courtesy of Bigshot Toyworks, the new Berserk bookends are styled after the main couple in the series. Resting their backs on wood that contain the tomes within, these highly detailed Berserk figurines make the manga look even more epic. Supplies are limited, however, so fans will want to hurry and order theirs to complete their manga libraries.

Kentaro Miura’s iconic Berserk franchise releases a highly-detailed collectible of Isidro, one of the Band of the Hawk’s youngest official members.

New Berserk Bookends are the Classiest Way to Showcase the Best Dark Fantasy Manga

The Bigshot Toyworks “Berserk: Guts & Casca Bookends” are a sight to see, especially when they’re placed on the ends of the manga from which they’re derived. Based on a chapter from Volume 9 of the Berserk manga, these collectibles have Guts and Casca standing beside trees while adorned in their armor. The sword in Guts’ hand is not the Dragon Slayer sword, but seems to instead be the replacement sword of Godot. Altogether, these stand at almost 9 inches tall and are perfect accessories on their own. Given the level of detail, they fit well on desks, tables or among other Berserk figurines and collectibles. Of course, their actual purpose is to serve as bookends, and they achieve this task with all the expected class. When placed at the ends of Dark Horse’s localization of the Berserk manga, the results are, needless to say, nothing short of incredible, especially as part of a manga library or collection.

The “Berserk: Guts & Casca Bookends” are currently available to preorder for $249.99 (which can be split up into payments through Partial.ly), but fans on the fence about the purchase should act now; the bookends are limited to 500 items, and once they’re gone, it’s “the end” for the Bigshot Toyworks items. They’re also exclusive to Dark Horse Direct, which is where fans can find items based on all manner of manga and comic book franchises published by the company. The Berserk manga continues to go strong, and it’s now up to its 42nd collected volume. The 41st was the last of these to be localized so far by Dark Horse, with the next English volume set to be released in March 2025. Continuing beyond the death of franchise creator Kentaro Miura, the series has inspired countless collectibles, along with multiple anime adaptations.
