The British Columbia Lodging and Campgrounds Association (BCLCA) has expanded its network with the addition of two new suppliers, Newbook and Telamode Canada, offering campground owners and operators new opportunities for technology solutions and septic system enhancements.
Newbook, a hospitality management software provider, is offering BCLCA members a waiver on all onboarding and implementation costs. The company aims to help businesses streamline operations, improve guest experiences, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Telamode Canada, a manufacturer of biological additives for septic systems, has been serving the industry for over 35 years. Its products are designed to improve system function, minimize odors, and simplify wastewater management for campgrounds of all sizes, from single RV tanks to large seasonal parks.
In addition to new supplier partnerships, BCLCA is continuing its educational initiatives with an upcoming webinar on glamping profitability, scheduled for March 12. The session, led by Victor Pasaran, owner of Tiny Village Brand, will provide campground operators with insights into glamping accommodations, investment costs, and revenue potential.
Pasaran will share strategies on attracting new guests and differentiating campgrounds through glamping offerings. The webinar will also include a breakdown of expected costs and potential returns, equipping attendees with the knowledge needed to assess feasibility for their businesses.
Industry professionals are also encouraged to mark their calendars for the BCLCA and Western Ideas Forum, set for November 3–6, at St. Eugene Golf Resort in Cranbrook. Event details will be released in May, offering further networking and professional development opportunities.
