Joshō, meaning “prologue” or “origin,” symbolizes the beginning of a remarkable culinary journey. This event showcases an exclusive set menu meticulously crafted by Chef Ryuki Kawasaki, harmoniously paired with Premium Japanese Craft Sake from Mizuhana and Kaze no Mori. Each dish is a masterpiece, blending French culinary techniques with Japanese precision, creating an unforgettable sensory experience.

Chef Ryuki Kawasaki, Executive Chef of Mezzaluna, is the visionary behind the 2 Michelin-starred restaurant’s culinary excellence. Trained in French and European cuisine at Culinary School in Tokyo and Chateau de l’Eclair in France, his innovative approach blends French techniques with Japanese precision, creating a harmonious balance of flavors. His artistic culinary style elevates every dish, transforming them into masterpieces, making the Joshō Dinner a truly unmissable event.

Joining Chef Ryuki is Marie Chiba, one of Japan’s most influential sake experts and one of only 101 “Sake Samurai XIV” specialists in Japan. As the founder of EUREKA! in Tokyo and author of “Sake Pairing”, Marie brings her pioneering approach to sake pairing, offering guests a unique and educational experience.
