Experience Freedom, the glamping brand operated by the Caravan and Motorhome Club, has partnered with outdoor clothing company Weird Fish to launch a promotional campaign offering a four-night glamping getaway and a £200 voucher for Weird Fish apparel.

The collaboration highlights the growing synergy between outdoor hospitality providers and lifestyle brands as they look to enhance consumer engagement through strategic partnerships.

The competition winner will receive a four-night stay at one of Experience Freedom’s glamping sites, which feature safari tents, glamping pods, cabins, and other accommodations across ten UK locations.

The prize is designed to encourage travelers to experience outdoor stays while enjoying modern comforts.

“This glamorous four-night glamping break will enable the lucky winner to reconnect with the great outdoors by day, and by night they can enjoy wonderful home comforts in their glamping accommodation,” according to the promotional announcement.

This initiative reflects a broader trend in the outdoor hospitality sector, where collaborations with lifestyle brands can help operators increase visibility, attract new customer segments, and strengthen brand loyalty.

For glamping business owners and park operators, such cross-promotions present an opportunity to tap into established consumer bases from complementary industries.

By partnering with brands that align with their target audience’s lifestyle and interests, operators can expand their marketing reach beyond traditional travel audiences.

Weird Fish, founded in 1993, has built a reputation for producing casual, outdoor-friendly clothing.

The partnership includes a standing 20% discount on Weird Fish purchases for Caravan and Motorhome Club members and Experience Freedom guests.

This type of added-value offering can serve as an incentive for bookings while reinforcing the brand experience beyond the glamping stay.

The Caravan and Motorhome Club, which has over a century of experience in operating campsites, continues to develop Experience Freedom as an option for non-members seeking outdoor stays.

Club members can access exclusive discounts on glamping stays, adding an additional benefit to membership.

As the glamping sector grows, industry stakeholders may find that collaborations with established brands in retail, outdoor gear, and travel accessories can enhance the overall guest experience and drive bookings.

The competition is open until March 25, 2025, with entries accepted through the Weird Fish website.
