The 2025 Florida and Alabama Outdoor Hospitality Convention & Expo will feature a session on asset protection strategies for campground and RV park owners.
Randy Hughes, known as Mr. Land Trust, will present “Land Trusts Made Simple” on May 7 at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando, Florida, providing attendees with insights into securing their investments and maintaining financial privacy.
Hughes, a real estate investor since 1969, specializes in helping property owners establish and manage Land Trusts. His session will cover how these trusts can hold property titles securely, reduce exposure to legal risks, and safeguard assets.
He will also discuss why using limited liability companies (LLCs) for property ownership may not always provide the best protection.
