The 2025 Food Safety Summit, set for May 12-15 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, will bring together leaders from across the food industry to discuss pressing challenges, regulatory updates, and innovative solutions in food safety.

Billed as the “Super Bowl” of food safety events, the summit will feature key decision-makers from every stage of the supply chain, including growers, manufacturers, retailers, food service professionals, regulators, and academics. Organizers anticipate record-breaking engagement, following last year’s high attendance and exhibitor participation.

A highlight of the event will be the keynote address by Dr. Jason Evans, Dean of the College of Food Innovation and Technology at Johnson & Wales University. His presentation, “Surmountable Challenges: Leadership When Nothing is Easy,” will take place on May 14 and will focus on leadership strategies for building effective teams in today’s demanding workplace environments.

The three-day summit will offer more than 20 interactive workshops, education sessions, and certification courses aimed at providing practical solutions and collaboration opportunities. Attendees will have access to exclusive networking sessions and the latest insights on food safety trends and regulatory updates.

Exhibitors and sponsors will have the opportunity to showcase their products and services to a highly engaged audience. Organizers encourage early booth reservations as space is filling quickly. The event’s marketing campaign ensures sustained exposure for participants leading up to and throughout the summit.

Registration for the summit is now open, with an early bird discount available until April 1. For more details or to register, visit the Food Safety Summit website.
