- The program has restrictions, such as blackout dates, and doesn’t include checked bag fees
An unlimited flight pass just got an upgrade.
Frontier Airlines offers a variety of subscriptions that provide unlimited flights throughout the airline’s network. Known as the “Go Wild!” program, this offer allows travelers to purchase a pass for a predetermined duration and enjoy as many flights as they can take within the program’s rules.
Frontier Airlines recently began selling its GoWild! Flight Pass for the summer, and now its monthly pass is upgraded with enhanced benefits. Travelers who sign up for the airline’s $99-a-month GoWild! Monthly Pass will now receive complimentary membership to Frontier’s Discount Den program. The airline describes the free membership as a “limited time deal”, and is featured on the GoWild! landing page.
The Discount Den membership offers travelers a variety of extra ways to save on tickets, such as access to the airline’s cheapest flights, plus free flights for the member’s children, aged 15 and under, when flying with the member. The program also provides the opportunity to book discounted fares for up to eight other people, making it perfect for families or groups traveling together.
“As a member, you’ll unlock lower fares and be the first to hear about new offers, promotions, and hot new destinations,” Frontier Airlines shares about Discount Den on its site.
The GoWIld! monthly pass is offered at $99 the first month, and automatically renews at a rate of $149 a month. For comparison, the annual pass is offered at $599 a year, and a summer pass which spans from May 1, 2025 through September 30, 2025 is $399. The program’s terms explain that the airline views the monthly pass as a 30-day period, and automatically renews unless the passholder cancels the pass by midnight Mountain Time on the final day of the pass’s month.
While the pass can be helpful, the airline places restrictions on the pass such as blackout dates over peak travel weekends including the Fourth of July, or New Year’s holidays. Travelers are also responsible for taxes and fees, and the pass does not include carry-on or checked luggage fees.
