Hasbro has unveiled exciting brand-new merch inspired by one of the most iconic characters in the Marvel Universe. The Marvel Legends Series Doctor Doom Roleplay Helmet set will be available for pre-order starting March 6 and arrive this summer.
Hasbro’s 1:1 scale reproduction of Doctor Doom’s classic helmet comes in a set that includes a green fabric hood inspired by the Marvel villain’s signature robe, great for displaying in fans’ collections or wearing with a Doctor Doom Halloween costume or Marvel cosplay. The set, which costs $99.99, also includes a stand. The Marvel Legends Series Doctor Doom Roleplay Helmet will be part of Hasbro’s New York Toy Fair 2025 showcase this weekend.

Doctor Doom’s new global regime has just announced the identity of its most wanted man, and Bucky Barnes might not be able to escape it.
Created by the legendary Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, Victor von Doom first appeared in The Fantastic Four #5 in July 1962 and has endured as the archenemy of Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic and the Fantastic Four. Donning the famed iron mask to hide his disfigurement, Doom is a skilled wielder of both science and magic and is the ruler of the European country of Latveria, from where he seeks dominion over the entire world. His larger-than-life presence in the Marvel Universe not only has him battle the Fantastic Four, but has seen the character come into conflict with Spider-Man, Iron Man, Doctor Strange, Black Panther, the X-Men, and the Avengers.
The Era of Doom Is Upon Us
While the character has always been wildly popular with comic book fans and even casual audiences, Doctor Doom is witnessing an increased presence in the public’s consciousness, given his ubiquity across several media. In Marvel Comics’ One World Under Doom by Ryan North and R.B. Silva, the eponymous character has risen to ultimate power following the Blood Hunt event, with several heroes from multiple iconic teams, including the Fantastic Four and the Thunderbolts, powerless to stop him.

The publisher will also have Doctor Doom lead its Bring on the Bad Guys event from Emmy Award-winning writer Marc Guggenheim, which will see other well-known villains such as Green Goblin, Abomination, Loki, Red Skull, and Dormammu, attempt to foil Mephisto’s sinister plot. Doom will also play a major role in Chip Zdarsky’s recently announced Captain America series.
Perhaps most excitingly for fans, Doctor Doom will appear as the primary antagonist in Marvel Studios’ eagerly anticipated Avengers: Doomsday, set to release next year. Iron Man actor Robert Downey Jr. is returning to the MCU to portray Victor von Doom, following in the footsteps of previous live-action Doom actors Julian McMahon and Toby Kebbell.
