The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the tentative exam calendar for the 2025-26 session. Candidates who are set to take the exam check the full schedule by visiting the official website at ibps.in. “Prospective candidates are advised to visit official website of IBPS www.ibps.in regularly for detailed notification for each of the above examinations to be displayed in due course,” reads the official notice.
According to the official notice, the IBPS CRP Rural Regional Banks (RRBs) XIV 2025 preliminary exam for Officer Scale I posts will be conducted on July 27, August 2, and 3. The main exam will be held on September 13. The IBPS exam for Probationary Officers (PO) Management Trainees (MT), Specialist Officers, and Customer Service Associates posts will be conducted on October 4, 5, and 11.

IBPS Exams 2025: Registration Process
The registration process will be through online mode only and there will be a single registration for both the Preliminary and Main examination, wherever applicable. Candidates will be required to upload the following documents to apply for the above exams:
(1) Photograph of the Applicant – 20 kb to 50 kb in .jpeg file
(2) Signature of the Applicant – 10 kb to 20 kb in .jpeg file
(3) Thumb impression of the Applicant – 20 kb to 50 kb in .jpeg file
(4) Scanned Copy of the handwritten declaration as per the format, which will be available in the respective notification – 50 kb to 100 kb in .jpeg file
Candidates will also be required to capture and upload their “live photograph” at the time of application either by using a webcam or mobile phone.
“IBPS, however, reserves the right to change the selection process including guidelines/modalities stated above on the basis of administrative reasons, court order, Govt. Advisories, etc,” the institute added.

In 2024, IBPS PO was held to fill 4,455 vacancies in 11 participating banks. This included 1846 seats for general category candidates, 1185 seats for OBC, 657 for SC, 332 for ST, and 435 for EWS. A total of 896 SO posts were filled through the recruitment drive in the participating banks. The RRB CRP 2024 exam was conducted to fill a total of 10,313 vacancies for the positions of Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager), Officer Scale-II (Manager), Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager) and 5,585 Office Assistants (Multipurpose).
