Though the franchise as a whole is over 30 years old, Sailor Moon is still going strong with new products and collaborations. One of these ventures was teased in 2024, and it’s now being released in the U.S. in 2025 as Sailor Moon CyberCel Series 1.
Via Sailor Moon Fan Network, featuring characters from the iconic ’90s anime series, the new Sailor Moon cards feature the familiar Sailor Scouts that fans around the world know and love. Of course, some of these are incredibly rare, including a pair of cards based on the titlular character’s true form. Now available through various websites and retailers, these cards will have fans hunting to collect all the colorful art cels.

CyberCel Sailor Moon Cards Make Nostalgic Anime Art Collectible
The Sailor Moon CyberCel series includes cards with cel art of iconic Sailor Moon characters as they appeared in the classic anime. The foil packs contain three cards with their own coverings, and each card is ranked as common, rare, super rare, hyper rare and ultra rare. There are 12 commons, 9 rare, 4 super rare, 1 hyper rare and 1 ultra rare, although the latter can only be gained through online redemption, seemingly through the QR codes on each. Other buying options are full retail boxes with 20 packs inside, with cases bought online through the CyberCel website also available. The CyberCel products can even stand up on their own by folding the ends, allowing collectors to proudly display their rarest finds.
As noted, the art on each of the cards showcases Sailor Moon and her allies, with different forms adorning the rarest cards. For instance, there are two common cards depicting Sailor Moon, with one of these being her in her civilian form of Usagi Tsukino. On the other hand, her true form of Princess Serenity is depicted on a super rare card, with another one of these having her alongside Prince Endymion. Now up for grabs, the individual card packs cost US$5.99, with the larger retailer boxes being a whopping $120. The art and packaging overall creates a strong sense of nostalgia for the original Sailor Moon anime, which is now set to be shown on the relaunched Toonami programming block. Given that these cards are labeled as Series 1, more Sailor Moon cards from CyberCel are likely on the way at some point in the future.
