Roam America announced the rebranding of Old Mill RV Resort to Roam Tillamook, marking the latest addition to its growing portfolio of modern RV parks and campgrounds.

The transition reflects a commitment to enhancing the guest experience while embracing the scenic coastal setting of Tillamook Bay and the historic port of Garibaldi.

The revamped resort features 198 RV sites, offering a mix of premium, back-in, and pull-through options with full hookups and 30/50-amp service.

Upgraded amenities include a remodeled clubhouse with a sauna, modern private bathrooms, and improved Wi-Fi to meet the needs of contemporary travelers.

A newly constructed play structure has also been added, catering to families seeking a coastal getaway.

“At Roam Tillamook, we’re redefining the RV resort experience,” said Cody Fishel, director of operations at Roam America.

“This rebrand represents our dedication to creating a destination where guests of all ages can enjoy premium amenities, family-friendly activities, and authentic coastal charm. With our upcoming cabins, we’re thrilled to offer even more options for guests to experience the magic of Tillamook Bay,” Fishel added.

The rebrand introduces an expanded lodging selection, with 36 new cabins set to debut by summer. Designed to accommodate a range of travelers, these units aim to provide additional comfort for families, couples, and solo adventurers exploring the Oregon coast.

Roam Tillamook is located within walking distance of the Port of Garibaldi, a popular destination for fishing, crabbing, and kayaking. The historic Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad, a key attraction in the region, also runs nearby, offering visitors a glimpse into the area’s rich heritage.

A dining option has also been introduced on-site with Kelley’s Place, a 21-and-over restaurant and bar offering a rustic setting for guests to enjoy meals and drinks.

The site of Roam Tillamook also carries historical significance as the former location of Garibaldi’s once-thriving lumber mill. The mill, which played a vital role in the town’s economy throughout the 20th century, is commemorated by a towering smokestack that remains a landmark in the area.
