Rosie O’Donnell‘s eldest daughter, Chelsea Belle O’Donnell, was sentenced on Monday to six years probation following three consecutive arrests last fall.

According to court records reviewed by Entertainment Weekly, Belle was sentenced on one felony count of possessing methamphetamine, one felony count of bail jumping, and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer that she pled guilty to in February. Belle was given two years probation for each count, and two additional charges – a felony count of narcotic drug possession and misdemeanor count of drug paraphernalia possession – were dismissed.

Belle was represented by the attorney Brad Hansen, has been granted the right to appeal her sentence, and was awarded a 33-day credit for jail time served.

EW has reached out to Rosie O’Donnell for comment.

The younger O’Donnell’s recent legal trouble began with an arrest last fall. On Sept 10, Belle was arrested in Marinette County, Wis. and charged with multiple felony counts, including child neglect, methamphetamine possession, and maintaining a site for drug trafficking. She was also charged with four narcotics-related misdemeanors.

“Sadly this is not new for our family,” O’Donnell’s adoptive mother shared at the time. “Chelsea has struggled with drug addiction for a decade. We r all hopeful she will find her way out of this deadly disease.”

Chelsea Belle was arrested again in November on similar charges of possession, and faced new charges include two felony counts of bail jumping and a misdemeanor account of resisting or obstructing an officer. Court records reviewed by EW indicate however that she was also arrested that October, making Monday’s sentencing the culmination of three arrests within a three-month span.

Belle was born on Sept. 20, 1997 and adopted by O’Donnell and her ex-wife Kelli Carpenter when she was a baby. The couple raised her until 2015 when at 17, she ran away from home and later moved to Wisconsin to live with her birth mother. O’Donnell said that she was estranged from Belle until the latter announced her pregnancy with her first child in 2018, which prompted a reconnection.

Belle is now a mother to three children: Skylar Rose, Riley, and Avery Lynn.

O’Donnell, meanwhile, revealed in March that she moved to Ireland her 12-year-old, Clay, ahead of Donald Trump’s inauguration. Trump and O’Donnell were locked into a bitter public feud for years, but O’Donnell said her move was prompted by how “heartbreaking [it is] to see whats happening politically.” The former View anchor shared that, “When it is safe for all citizens to have equal rights there in America, that’s when we will consider coming back.”
