RoverPass has launched AutoWaivers, a new feature designed to automate the management of liability waivers for campground and RV park operators.
The tool, fully integrated with the RoverPass reservation system, eliminates manual waiver processing by automatically sending, tracking, and storing signed documents.
The feature was developed based on feedback from RoverPass customers seeking a more secure and efficient waiver management process.
With AutoWaivers, every reservation triggers a waiver request, allowing campers to sign electronically before arrival.
Once completed, signed waivers are legally binding and sent directly to the campground owner’s registered email.
“Waivers are a necessary part of running a campground, but managing them should not be a hassle,” said Michelle Smith, CEO at RoverPass.
“Because AutoWaivers is fully integrated into our reservation software, campground owners no longer need to juggle multiple tools. Every waiver is sent, signed, and stored automatically, giving owners more time to focus on their guests instead of paperwork,” Smith added.
The new feature allows campground owners to monitor waiver statuses in real time through their RoverPass dashboard. This ensures compliance while reducing the risk of missing critical documentation.
The automated process also streamlines check-ins by having guests complete waivers in advance, reducing delays at the front desk.
Key benefits of AutoWaivers include its integration with RoverPass, legally binding documentation, and automated distribution and storage. The system provides live waiver tracking, customizable waiver options, and free waiver templates for parks that do not yet have a standardized waiver.
RoverPass continues to expand its platform to meet the evolving needs of campground operators. By integrating waiver automation, the company aims to improve efficiency, reduce administrative burdens, and enhance the overall guest experience for parks and RV campgrounds.
