Registration is now open for the RV Industry Association’s Emerging Leaders Coalition fourth annual All-Industry Volunteer Day, set for May 15 at Bonneyville Mill County Park in Bristol, Indiana.

The initiative, launched in 2022, brings together industry professionals to participate in park cleanup and improvement projects.

Volunteers can sign up for shifts throughout the day, running from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET. Participants who register by April 21 will receive a T-shirt. Lunch will be provided for those who volunteer for the full day.

The annual event offers a chance for professionals across the RV sector to contribute to the local community while fostering collaboration within the industry.

Once registrations are finalized, volunteers will receive additional details, including meetup instructions and project assignments.

Since its inception, the initiative has drawn over 1,100 volunteers who have contributed more than 3,500 service hours. Past projects have included infrastructure repairs, facility construction, invasive species removal, and enhancements to public spaces at various state parks.

The Coalition’s previous volunteer events have taken place at Potato Creek State Park in 2022, Ox Bow County Park in 2023, and Chain O’Lakes State Park in 2024. Each project has left a lasting impact, benefiting both park visitors and local communities.

The success of these initiatives has garnered industry-wide recognition. In 2024, the RV Industry Association’s Emerging Leaders Coalition received the National Association of State Park Directors’ President’s Award for its outstanding contributions to Indiana State Parks.

Additionally, the 2022 project at Potato Creek State Park earned the Indiana State Parks Partnership Award in 2023. The award honors cooperative efforts between state parks and community organizations that support guest services and park facilities.

Bonneyville Mill County Park, the site of this year’s event, is known for its scenic landscapes and historical significance. Volunteers will assist with maintenance and improvement efforts to preserve and enhance the park’s amenities.

Sponsorship opportunities for the event remain open.
