The RV Dealers Association (RVDA) is accepting workshop proposals for the 2025 RV Dealers Convention/Expo, scheduled for Nov. 10-14 at Paris Las Vegas.

The annual event, recognized as an educational and networking opportunity for North American RV dealers and dealership professionals, will feature committee-selected workshops from Nov. 11-13.

The convention will include 45- and 60-minute non-promotional workshops aimed at dealership principals, general managers, and key personnel in sales, finance and insurance (F&I), service, parts, digital marketing, and business development centers (BDC).

The RVDA Convention/Expo Committee is seeking proposals that align with in-demand topics relevant to dealership operations and industry challenges.

Workshop categories include management strategies, artificial intelligence integration, employee retention, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and sourcing pre-owned units.

Additional topics of interest include service department efficiency, customer experience enhancements, social media influencer marketing, content creation, and reputation management.

Professionals in sales and F&I are encouraged to submit proposals on customer relationship management, competitive positioning, business development strategies, and best practices for closing sales in an evolving market.

The convention also seeks presentations addressing leadership development and succession planning for dealership growth and continuity.

The committee welcomes proposals from dealership professionals, consultants, vendors, and trainers with hands-on experience in the RV industry.

The convention is hosted by RVDA – the National RV Dealers Association, RVDA of Canada, and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center. The event serves as a key platform for industry education, networking, and professional development.

Interested presenters should review the workshop proposal guidelines on the convention website and submit their proposals by April 18. The guidelines outline criteria for topic selection, presentation format, and submission requirements.
