The RV Industry Association (RVIA) announced the panelists for its industry leadership Panel at the 2025 Leadership Conference, scheduled to take place from March 4 through March 6 in Phoenix, Arizona.

The event is expected to draw executives and emerging leaders from across the recreational vehicle industry, aiming to foster leadership growth and explore the future of the sector.

According to a News and Insights report of RVIA, the industry leadership panel, set for March 5, will be moderated by Craig Kirby, president and CEO of RVIA.

The session promises to offer attendees valuable insights from key figures within the RV manufacturing landscape. The panelists will share their perspectives on navigating current challenges and identifying opportunities for growth.

Doug Gaeddert, Co-CEO of Forest River, is among the panelists confirmed for the event. Another prominent speaker is April Klein-Carroll, vice president of customer support services at Lippert. Known for her focus on customer satisfaction and service innovation, Klein-Carroll is expected to discuss strategies for enhancing customer experiences.

Joining the panel is Jarrod McGhee, CEO of Fun Town RV and mayor of Willis, Texas. McGhee’s dual role as a business leader and local official provides a unique perspective on how RV businesses can integrate with local communities.

Beyond the industry leadership panel, attendees will have access to keynote addresses delivered by influential figures in the RV sector. Networking opportunities will also be a significant feature of the conference. Attendees will have the chance to connect with peers and mentors during dedicated networking sessions.

Leadership development sessions will round out the conference’s offerings. These workshops are tailored to equip attendees with practical skills needed to lead in an evolving industry.

“The conference is designed to help nurture talent, provide a space to develop a deeper understanding of critical industry issues, and connect the future leaders of the RV industry,” the event stated on its website.
