The RV Technical Institute (RVTI) has introduced a new online map designed to help RV owners locate certified technicians across the United States and Canada.

The “Find a Certified Technician” tool, available on the RVTI website, provides business addresses, websites, and contact details for dealerships, service centers, and mobile technicians employing RVTI-certified professionals.

This initiative aims to enhance service accessibility while positioning participating locations as premier destinations for RV maintenance and repairs.

According to a News and Insights report of RVIA, more than 1,000 RV dealer locations and service providers are currently featured on the map, increasing their visibility to RV owners seeking qualified assistance.

The RVTI, established by the RV Industry Association and the RV Dealers Association, serves as the industry’s standard for technician training. With nearly 7,000 certified technicians, the program has gained the support of leading manufacturers and suppliers, reinforcing the industry’s commitment to service excellence.

By simplifying the process of finding certified technicians, the map serves as both a consumer resource and a marketing tool for businesses that have invested in RVTI training. The feature benefits dealerships and service providers by driving potential customers to their locations, reinforcing their reputation as trusted service providers.

“For those companies that have invested in RVTI training, whether directly through the Institute or Authorized Learning Partnerships, this feature highlights the commitment to excellence and dedication to providing top-tier service,” RVIA indicated.
