Do you like scary movies? If so, this weekend is the time to catch fan favorites such as the 2022 installment of Scream, the 2017 film adaptation of Stephen King’s It, and more horror flicks leaving Netflix in April.

It, the 2017 movie about murderous clown Pennywise, who preys on children, is headed out at the beginning of the month. The Jenna Ortega-starring reboot of Scream will be around for 10 more days before it goes the way of the many victims in the franchise. Goodbye too to spine-tinglers including A Quiet Place Part II and Hereditary.

Moviegoers who like some comedy with their action will want to take in the Rush Hour franchise — all three parts — before they sign off. Stars Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker, as a Hong Kong inspector and a bombastic L.A.P.D. detective, make an unlikely but effective (and entertaining) team.

Speaking of comedy, funny guy Jim Carrey‘s 2003 movie Bruce Almighty is also out on April Fool’s Day. Sandra Bullock‘s 2000 laugher Miss Congeniality, Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe‘s The Nice Guys, and Nicolas Cage‘s The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent are all bowing out, too, by month’s end.

For drama fans, the iconic John Singleton film, Boyz n the Hood, starring Cuba Gooding Jr., Laurence Fishburne, and Angela Bassett is a must-see (or worth watching again).

Families will find a lot to catch in their final days on the streamer: Happy Feet, How to Train Your Dragon, Pixels, and more.
