The Shyft Group introduced two new fleet solutions at NTEA Work Truck Week 2025, highlighting its commitment to innovation in the commercial vehicle sector.
The return of the Utilimaster Trademaster Service Body and the debut of the Marketplace Dry Freight Truck aim to provide high-performance solutions for tradespeople, service professionals, and delivery fleets.
According to a press release, Jacob Farmer, president of Fleet Vehicles & Services and Specialty Vehicles at The Shyft Group, emphasized the company’s focus on customer-driven development.
“The return of the Utilimaster Trademaster and the introduction of the Marketplace Dry Freight Truck reinforce our focus on delivering versatile, high-performance solutions that empower fleets to operate efficiently in demanding environments,” he said.
The Utilimaster Trademaster Service Body also builds on its reputation for reliability, incorporating reinforced construction, spacious cargo areas, and easy-access exterior compartments.
Designed to enhance organization, safety, and durability, the vehicle features a wide rear door opening and integrated lighting for improved visibility. Production is set to begin in the third quarter of 2025, with multiple configurations available.
The Marketplace Dry Freight Truck is engineered for efficiency, weighing 900 pounds less than comparable models while maintaining durability and flexibility.
“These vehicles were developed in direct response to industry needs—helping fleets improve efficiency while adapting to new challenges, such as electrification and increasing delivery demands,” Farmer added.
The unveiling follows Shyft’s recent merger agreement with Aebi Schmidt, a move expected to expand product offerings and improve operational efficiencies.
