Dark
A German Supernatural Sci-Fi Mystery Series
In 2017, Netflix released the series Dark, and it was considered a spiritual homage to Lost, with a tight mystery-focused narrative surrounding the disappearance of two children in the fictional town of Winden, Germany. The story spans multiple generations of four families as their secrets are revealed in pursuit of the truth.

LOST Fans, What Character Death Hurt You the Most?
Throughout the six seasons of LOST, there were some tough deaths to watch. To me, the one that stood out the most was John Locke’s death – the real John Locke, not the Man in Black disguised as John.
John Locke had had such a hard life already, and when he left the island and failed to convince the others to go back and help those who had stayed, he was driven to suicide. Ben talked him out of it so he could gather information for his own benefit and then killed him and staged a suicide. It was very difficult and heartbreaking to watch. Benjamin Linus is one of the most well-written characters, and the writers managed to make it increasingly easier to dislike him; this was the cherry on top of the cake.
Set in a mysterious town in the middle of nowhere, once a resident enters, they are unable to leave, and deadly creatures stalk the night. The mystery surrounding the town and the residents looking to escape drive the plot forward whilst threats lurk in the shadows. For fans of Lost who are looking for a horror-filled mystery, From is a great show to watch.

Yellowjackets
A Psychological Thriller Series
Similar to Lost, Yellowjackets begins with a plane crash, with a women’s soccer team landing in the Ontario wilderness, adapting to survive while their sanity slips away. Told in a non-linear style with events simultaneously set in 1996 and 2021, the plot dives into the trauma of what happened in the wilderness.
Yellowjackets revolves around survival in a similar way to Lost and leaves the audience guessing as to what will happen next, wondering how the characters go from being a soccer team to the cannibalistic predators seen in the show’s opening. For fans who miss Lost, look no further than Yellowjackets.

The Leftovers
A Mystery Show Where 2% Of The Earth’s Population Vanishes
Created by the co-producer of Lost, David Lindelof, The Leftovers revolves around the core mystery of what happened to 2% of the Earth’s population after they vanish. The Rapture-like event leaves the people of New York looking to live their lives whilst dealing with the trauma of the event.

What’s the Best Season of LOST?
Deciding which season of LOST is the best is very difficult because each season has its unique moments that set it apart from the others. However, overall, I think Season 2 and Season 3 might be objectively the best ones. It’s when viewers get to meet a lot of important characters that are crucial to the plot, and it’s then that we can finally get to know The Others a little better and find out more about what happened to those on the back of the plane.
The series explores themes of faith and religion, with an overall message of embracing the unknown, all surrounded by an incredible mystery. If viewers are missing the mystery of Lost, this series from David Lindelof could be the next great show for them.

Set in Wyoming, Outer Range stars Josh Brolin as a rancher looking to protect his home but discovers a black void at the edge of his land. The mystery of what is beyond the black void permeates throughout the show’s two seasons, while infusing it with a great neo-western story.
For fans of Lost, this mystery of what is held in the dark void will remind them of the mysteries of the island, while the Western setting keeps things fresh. All this makes Outer Range a good show for people who miss Lost.

Who’s Your Favorite Character on Lost?
Most characters on Lost have incredible development throughout the show’s six seasons. I’ve seen Lost plenty of times, and I came to the conclusion that John Locke is my favorite character. Even though his method can be questionable at times, he is a man of faith who believes in the island and wants to guide those who feel the same way. Whether you liked them from the get-go or they grew on you and eventually became a favorite, who’s your favorite Lost character?
The mystery of Silo comes from both inside and outside its titular Silo, with the people inside told they can’t leave due to the planet’s surface being hazardous, while those who aim to uncover the truth are under threat. With a great central mystery, Silo is a great show for people who miss Lost.

One of the best shows currently on TV and with a great mystery at its core, Severance is a great show for anyone who misses Lost. The series focuses on a team of office workers whose memories have been split between their work and personal lives, with the mystery of why this split is possible and what the company actually does driving the series.
Along with an excellent performance from Adam Scott in the lead role, the twists and turns of Severance keep the audience guessing as to where the series will go next. With the series still ongoing, fans can continue to theorize as to what’s going on in the show, and this makes it perfect for people who miss Lost.
