The Ultimate RV Show, one of the region’s largest RV events, will return to Huntington Place in Detroit from March 6 to 9. 

The event will feature a wide array of new RV models, including both fully-staged and pre-owned vehicles, all available at show-only special prices. 

The show is free to attend and offers visitors the rare chance to explore over 200 RVs, ranging from compact trailers to luxury Class-A motorhomes.

The surge in RV ownership is fueling strong interest in the event. According to the RV Industry Association, approximately 11.2 million U.S. households now own an RV, with ownership demographics shifting. 

Notably, RV owners aged 18 to 34 have grown significantly, now making up 22% of the market. Additionally, the median age for first-time RV buyers has dropped to 32, reflecting a shift in consumer behavior.

In response to this demographic shift, many RV models featured at the show include new, younger-market-friendly features. These include lightweight towable models, units equipped with Wi-Fi, and RVs designed with pet- and family-friendly amenities.

The Ultimate RV Show also provides opportunities for attendees to learn about outdoor accessories, local campgrounds, and resorts. 

Educational seminars will be held throughout the event, offering insights into RV ownership and camping experiences.

Huntington Place is located at 1 Washington Boulevard in Detroit. 

The show will run Thursday through Saturday, March 6 to 8, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday, March 9, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event is presented by Camping World and Good Sam.
