The victory also gives him the power to reshape the national football system as he deems fit, so the seemingly impossible dream of the country winning the World Cup can finally become a reality.
You grew up in tepid Japan, where you can still survive even if you fail at football. Since you guys will never reach the same point as them. I created Blue Lock to give you that level of goal hunger. That hunger will become an ego that will change the world.
Intending to give the new U20 team international exposure, Ego finds support from investors and invites the U-20 level players from Europe’s top five leagues. Each stratum is led by a master striker from the club team who is expected to mentor players under their wing. Blue Lock footballers are given the choice of the team they wish to play with and are then pushed to compete against some of the best players from around the world and also each other.
The Neo Egoist League is designed in a manner that gives Ego’s mentees enough exposure and experience that they can compete in the U20 World Cup. But the journey ahead is going to be a tough one, as the international players are extremely competitive and ruthless rivals who are eager to dominate everyone on the field, including their teammates.
