Thunderbolts* promises to end Phase Five of the Marvel Cinematic Universe with a bang as the titular antihero group seeks redemption for past missteps. A new report claims the upcoming superhero blockbuster won’t keep fans in cinemas for too long to find out how this latest chapter in the Multiverse Saga ends.

According to Feature First, Thunderbolts* “currently has an approximate runtime of two hours.” If the report is accurate, it would continue Marvel’s recent trend of keeping its MCU entries just above or below the two-hour mark. Since Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, which ran for 2 hours and 29 minutes, the last three MCU films, The Marvels (1 hour and 45 minutes), Deadpool & Wolverine (2 hours and 8 minutes) and Captain America: Brave New World (1 hour and 58 minutes), have run for around two hours. The average MCU movie runtime across its 17-year existence is 2 hours and 15 minutes.

Directed by Beef helmer Jake Schreier, Thunderbolts* looks set to end Phase Five on an explosive note as the Phase Six Avengers sequels, Doomsday and Secret Wars, draw closer. The film harps on the fact the Avengers are nowhere in sight, seeing the eponymous group of renegades rounded up on the orders of CIA director Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) and led by Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan), who is in a government role. While Valentina has the group caught in her trap, the former villains are offered redemption if they unite as a team to complete a dangerous mission.

Thunderbolts* will mainly center around Florence Pugh’s Yelena Belova, the Black Widow assassin who is still affected by various traumatic events, including the death of her adoptive sister, Natasha Romanoff. Schreier told Empire last November, “She’s front and center. Yelena is in a certain place at the beginning of the film, and how she finds her way out of that place, and who she finds herself out of that place with, is at the heart of the story.” Schreier also compared his upcoming movie’s premise to Reservoir Dogs, saying that the group is filled with people that have “no reason to trust each other.”

Yelena is joined in the Thunderbolts by Alexei Shostakov/Red Guardian (David Harbour), Ava Starr/Ghost (Hannah John-Kamen), John Walker/U.S. Agent (Wyatt Russell) and Antonia Dreykov/Taskmaster (Olga Kurylenko). The group also comes face-to-face with Bob/Sentry (Lewis Pullman), the golden guardian with a dark twist. The mysterious Sentry is seen sporting a stray jacket in the Thunderbolts* trailer, though he will be in his notable gold suit during the film.

Thunderbolts* Picks Up After Captain America: Brave New World

Thunderbolts* will continue where the most recent MCU entry, Brave New World, left off. The asterisk in the film’s title has been subject to debate, with Harbour and Kurylenko teasing that it signifies a climactic shift in the MCU. However, a poster released shortly after the opening trailer seemingly confirms the asterisk’s meaning.

Thunderbolts* opens in theaters worldwide on May 2.
