There was no Montoya moment on Netflix‘s debut season of Temptation Island, but the dating show nevertheless gave us plenty of drama, from shower hookups to emotional confessions.
The series, which used to air on Fox and USA before pivoting to Netflix this year, takes four couples on rocky ground, splits them up, and puts them into a snake pit of singles whose only goal is to tempt. Entertainment Weekly‘s critic previously called the series “the world’s most ill-advised form of couples therapy.”
It’s been a week since all 10 episodes of the new season hit Netflix, so you’re probably itching for an update. Which couples are still together? Did the ones that separated try giving it another go in the real world? How is Shanté coping with Brion’s threesome? Also, will there be a reunion?
EW has all the answers. Read to find out which Temptation Island couples are still together.

Status: Still together
Look, we’re just as surprised as you. Brion made his threesome fetish clear from the jump, but it was still surprising to see him actually engage in one with two of Temptation Island‘s Temptresses.
Even more shocking, though, was the total lack of remorse he felt in the aftermath. “Last night was a good night, but no, I didn’t think I’d wake up with any regret or anything,” he said while claiming he was “still respecting Shanté at the end of the day.”
He added, “I think women respect honesty and being true to yourself, and I think a lot of women would rather have someone just be real and talk to them, and if they’re going to step out or whatever, let ’em know.”

Shanté, understandably, did not take the news of Brion’s threesome well, but she still chose to take him back in the final episode. If you were screaming for her to run, you weren’t alone. “When Brion and Shanté got back together, sure, everyone in the truck in the control room was shouting at the screen, but it’s not our decision,” said executive producer David Friedman in a postmortem with Variety.
If it makes you feel better, Brion feels a bit of remorse now. “I regret what I did, but I’ve grown up a lot,” he told Tudum after filming, adding that the threesome gave him “clarity.”

For her part, Shanté says their experience on Temptation Island has allowed them to open up to each other in ways they hadn’t before. “As sad as it is and as annoying as it is, I don’t know that we would’ve had those conversations if that didn’t happen,” she told Tudum. “We could have just been down this bad spiral of not really knowing how each other feels.”
They sound optimistic about their future, saying they’re both in therapy and looking to move in with each other in the coming months.
Alexa and Lino

Status: Engaged
Every season, there’s one couple that comes to Temptation Island only to prove they really do love their partner and don’t see the value in cheating on them. Boring? Sure, but it’s important to see that this cruel experiment actually can benefit some of the folks partaking in it.
This season, that couple was Alexa and Lino. Neither of them committed any unforgivable sins on the island, and the season ended with a successful proposal. At the final bonfire, Lino said Alexa was “the only person on this earth that I would leave this island with.” Alexa, who cried as he proposed, declared that they have “a really great love story.”
After filming wrapped, the couple revealed to Tudum that they plan to wed in Sorrento, Italy in the fall of 2026. Once they’re hitched (and Alexa finishes her nurse practitioner’s program), they hope to move to Florida and open a clinic together.
Lino called their relationship “indestructible” — and after going on this show, we believe him.
Tyler and Tayler

Status: No longer together
During an emotional bonfire conversation, Tayler and Tyler both admitted to feeling like they were drifting apart from each other. Tyler said Tayler’s hopes and dreams for him and his career aren’t aligned with “the direction I want to be pushed in,” adding that he feels “essentially worthless” in light of her expectations. For her part, Tyler said she feels “unstable” and “hopeless” in the relationship.
The couple decided to part ways. Tyler chose to leave the island with Kay, with whom he shared several intimate moments. Speaking with Tudum, he revealed that though he’s no longer with Kay, he did almost reconnect with Tayler after a run-in at the gym. It didn’t happen, though, as he was “not in a place to do that.”

After he started dating another woman, Tayler reached out to ask why he wasn’t willing to do the same with her. “It was hard to navigate,” he told Tudum. “We haven’t talked since that phone call. I’ve run into her at Costco, and we don’t say anything to each other.” He’s currently in a committed relationship.
As for Kay, she and Tyler both had an inkling that their relationship wouldn’t continue off the island. “We were put in such a romantic setting. That’s why it became romantic,” she told Tudum. “We both still look back at it as a great experience. I think he’s such a good guy, but I don’t think he’s my guy.”

Tayler is currently single and is focusing on her mental health. She admitted to blocking Tyler on social media after their near-reconciliation, and they haven’t been in contact since. She said she regretted calling him a “bitch” on the series but maintained that she didn’t say anything “to make him purposefully look bad.”
Ashley and Grant

Status: No longer together
Perhaps the most intense bonfire was between Ashley and Grant, both of whom let a lot of pent-up resentment loose. Grant accused her of “pre-deciding that I was going to f— up,” admitting that he had been “forcing [their relationship] for a long time.”
Ashley, deeply spurned by his past infidelity, says she “held onto so much resentment and that has turned me into such a dark person.” Letting go of their relationship, she claims, allowed her to “breathe” and “be happy.”

Grant decided to leave the island alone, while Ashley left with her connection, Danny. Ironically, while Ashley and Danny did not continue dating after the show, Grant and Natalie, his connection on the island, did date briefly. In fact, Grant ended up cheating on Natalie with Ashley. Yes, our heads are spinning, too.
“We got back together for a little bit,” Ashley told Tudum, calling their short reconciliation a “s— show.”
She continued, “I just ran into him out at the bar literally next to my house, and it just went downhill from there. He told me that he had been going out to all the places trying to run into me.”
They ended up dating for two months. “I will give him credit. He did everything he could to try to fix it. But there just really wasn’t any coming back from everything that happened. I just couldn’t let it go, and I was never going to believe or trust that he really was going to change.”

Ashley and Grant are both currently single, though Ashley maintains contact with a different single from the island: Logan. “There were tiny things about Logan that kind of reminded me of Grant, so I slowly drifted toward Danny, because he felt so safe,” she told Tudum. “I still talk to Logan. I don’t know that anything will come of that, but I do think he’s a little cutie, so I still flirt with him.”
She’s not kidding, having posted videos with Logan on Instagram. Grant, meanwhile, shared a video asking those upset over his infidelity to send their hate his way, not Natalie’s.
Is there a Temptation Island reunion?
Netflix
There will not be a Temptation Island reunion on Netflix. Lino shared the news via his Instagram this week, writing, “No reunion sadly.”
