Mytheresa has yet to receive regulatory approval to acquire Yoox-Net-a-Porter, but the London-based e-tailer is already shaking up its executive ranks.
Alison Loehnis, YNAP’s interim chief executive and president, told staffers on Monday that she will be stepping down on June 1, according to a person familiar with the matter. A replacement was not named. WWD first reported the news.
Lohenis, who joined the company in 2007 as vice president of sales and marketing, replaced Geoffroy Lefebvre as interim chief executive in 2022. She was previously president of YNAP, its menswear arm, Mr. Porter, and its off-price site, The Outnet. Loehnis is also credited with launching the beauty division, which reduced its brand partners and moved to an affiliate model in 2024.
Loehnis’ forthcoming exit is one of YNAP’s biggest moves ahead of it becoming part of Mytheresa’s newly formed luxury e-commerce group LuxExperience in the first half of 2025. Loehnis’ successor will be tasked with managing the e-tailer’s transition to Mytheresa, while getting YNAP back to profitable growth. The e-tailer’s sales dropped 15 percent year-over-year in the quarter that ended in June 2024.
YNAP did not respond to a request for comment.
